Enrollment

If you are interested in joining our Peace Hill community, please email your name, the names and grades of your student(s), and your contact info to: peacehillcc@gmail.com.

We will connect with you within 48 hours to schedule a phone interview where you will have the opportunity to ask any additional questions, hear about class availability, and with us determine if Peace Hill is a good fit for your family.

If we have room and you decide you would like to enroll, you will receive a link to our enrollment form which includes a link to submit your enrollment deposit at that time.

 

Fees & Information:

Registration Deposit:

  • Priority registration (current families) - ending March 1st ($50)

  • Standard registration (current & new families) - March 2nd - May 26th ($65)

  • Late registration - starting May 27th ($75)

  • Registration deposit is non-refundable

Charter Families:

  • POs are due by 25th of preceding month 

  • Approved with Sage Oak, iLead, Inspire, Springs, Excel, Cabrillo Point, Granite Mountain, Epic, Suncoast, Sky Mountain, Pacific Coast, & Innovations Learning Academy. 

  • If you are a charter student at a school not listed, please let us know. We are happy to go through the steps involved to add additional charter schools!

  • Please make out Charter POs to: Peace Hill Classical Co-op, LLC.

Monthly Tuition Rates: Our 34-week school year is divided up into 9 monthly payments (Sept - May). More information is stated below.

Private Pay Families: 

  • Due by the 1st of every month. 

  • A Late Fee of $25 will be incurred if payment is received after the 5th of the month. 

  • Please make payments out to: Peace Hill Classical Co-op, LLC.

  • We accept cash, check, or Venmo payments

Materials Fees: $200/semester 

  • Please submit Material Order POs or pay out-of-pocket  in September & January

Other:

  • Tutoring: $20 / half-hour

    • Complete the Intake Form to start the process and to schedule an appointment; charter funds accepted

  • Independent Study: Available upon request for 7th-12th grade classes as time and resources allow; pricing is the same as in-person classes; charter-approved

  • Returned checks: $25 for any returned check. 

  • Late Pick Up: Please be on time for pick up. A $10 fee will be incurred every 15 minutes. 

  • Withdrawal Policy: If you plan to withdraw your student from Peace Hill Classical Co-op, you are responsible for: 

    • Notifying Peace Hill Classical Co-op in writing prior to the student’s withdrawal. 

    • Paying the agreed upon monthly tuition for the remainder of the semester if the students withdraws after the 3rd week of classes. Note: A full refund will be given if the student withdraws by the end of the first week, and a partial refund will be given if the student withdraws by the end of the third week (minus the semester materials fee).

  • Literature I or II - $75

  • *Composition I or II - $75 *out-of-pocket - not charter approved

  • Informal Logic I or II - $50 *not approved with all charters

  • Foreign Language: *Latin I or *Latin II - $75 out-of-pocket - not charter approved

  • Science with Lab (*Life Science & Physical Science) - $75 *out-of-pocket - not charter approved

  • Inkwell (required for 1st-time Omnibus class students only) - $180/semester

  • *Honors Apologetics - $100 *out-of-pocket - not charter approved; fall semester only

  • *Wealth: Economics - $100 *out-of-pocket - not charter approved; spring semester only

11th - 12th Grade (recommended) Dual Enrollment Tutoring Sessions:

  • Tutoring sessions for each course run twice a week for 1 hour.

  • Costs of tutoring sessions will depend on the number of students enrolled in each course (a minimum of 3 students are required):

    • $400/course for 3 students

    • $300/course for 4 students

    • $250/course for 5+ students

  • NOTE: Students must also enroll with Santiago Canyon College’s Early College program. Go HERE for all the details.
